Visa Information

If you would like to request a letter of invitation from our hosts for a visa application, please email [email protected] , detailing the following information in your request:

• Salutation (examples – Mr., Ms., Dr.)
• First/Given Name
• Last/Family Name
• Passport #
• Date of Birth (please spell out month)
• Country of Nationality
• Mailing Address
• Dates of arrival and departure

All letters will be sent as a PDF file via email. Hard copy of the invitation will not be sent.
